I want to know the last Date of Furnishing the Audit report, form 3CB & 3CB by the C.A. with his Digital Sign (e-file by C.A.). As the Last Date of Audit U/S 44AB is 30th September and uploading the return (e-filing by the assessee) is 31st March, what is the last date of Furnishing (C.A. e-filing/uploading the forms and the Balance Sheet & PL) 3CB & 3CD.

Dear Sir Last date of filing of 3ca ,3cb & 3cd is 29th sept2013 not 31st march 2013. if you not filed by 29 th sept 2013 ,it will be deemed no tax audit done by ca & accordingly panal provision apply apart of that income tax return is also verified by ca in practice.
