For individuals & others excluding companies - 31'07'08.

For companies - 30'09'08(from this assessment year)

In case where the accounts are subjected to audit under any act .....30.09.08 otherwise 31.07.08. Also, in case of working partners of a firm whose acs are to be audited the due date is 30.09.08.
