Its  31st  July 2008 4  Non-auditee assessee

& 31st   October 2008 4 Auditee assessee

Though the Income Tax Deptt extend these dates almost  each A.Y.

Can anyone tell me the last date of filing the individual return for A.Y. 2008-09

Please tell me the last date of filing I T Return for A Y 2008-09.

for Individuals : 30th June 2008 (In case of No audit)

for others        :  30th September 2008 (In case of audit)

Its 31st July 2008 4 Non-Auditee assessee

& 31st Oct 2008 4 Auditee assessee

  Though the IT Dept. usuallly extends these dates every year

i want to know the last date for filling returns for a non company

in assessment year 2007-08

1-Date of  filling return in case of audited a/c was 31st october 2007,but in finace bill 2008 a amendment is made now for AY 2008-09  such date will be 30 th day of September 2008

2-But in case of a/c not required audit (otherthan point 1) such date is 31st July 2008
