Can anyone tell me the last date of filling Income tax return both in case of Auditee Assessee nd non auditee assessee.

In Case Audited 30 Sep.

for Individuals : 30th June 2008 (In case of No audit)
for others : 30th September 2008 (In case of audit)

& 31st Oct 2008 4 Auditee assessee
Though the IT Dept. usuallly extends these dates every year

in assessment year 2007-08
1-Date of filling return in case of audited a/c was 31st october 2007,but in finace bill 2008 a amendment is made now for AY 2008-09 such date will be 30 th day of September 2008
2-But in case of a/c not required audit (otherthan point 1) such date is 31st July 2008
