Last date for payment of self assessment tax

Dear Mr. Bansal, Thank you for your reply. I need not pay Advance Taxes being more than 60 years. So I must pay only Self Assessment Tax. Which one of 234A,B,C is Self Assessment Tax? So, it will help if you can suggest what is the last date for individual to pay Self Assessment Tax? Also, can total amount of due Self Assessment Tax be paid in more than one installments (before last date for paying Self Assessment Tax)?

If your tax payable amount is more than Rs.10,000/- then you have to pay the advance tax, but as you are saying your do need to pay the advance tax, so for you  the last date of payment of self assessment tax is "on or before last date of filling of income tax return" i.e. on or before 31st, July, 2014.
