please clear what is the last date of ITR for company assessee. (Non audit Case)....please clear.. urgent

The due date has been extended in both the cases Audit as well as non Audit case to 31 Oct..See notification in this regard

But, actual declared date is 30th September on every AY. Now, ITD extended the date to 31st October...
