DIN of the Directors were lapsed in a Private Limited Company incorporated on 14.02.2007. Due to this problem Annual Return filing is not allowing by the MCA. The Directors are applied for new DIN and allotted the same. What the formalities are for reappoint them as the Directors of existing company. Filing of DIN-3 or Form32...?
If you got the DIN you can proceed with filing DIN 3 after getting DIN 2 from directors....if there is any appointment of new directors or change in designation of existing directors then you need to file Form 32... Else DIN 3 is sufficient..
