A private limited company made further allotment of shares to existing and new shareholders. More than one year passed but, form 2 not filed with ROC. Form 20B has been filed recently and the same approved. But, while filing Form 23AC and 23ACA, message is shown please fill all mandatory field appropriately before submission of this form. I filled the the form with utmost care and no error seems there. Form level prescrutiny showing success. My question is whether, non filing of form 2 is causing the problem. Please suggest.

You are required to file form 2 first and then file 23ac and 23aca with ROC.
File Form 2 immediately and then refill the form 23AC and form 23ACA.
