Dear Sir, I purchased (Cost value 25000) a land on 22/6/1982 and I sold it on 12/08/23. for which year I consider indexation cost. Sales price 95000/.Pls..

Get cost of land as per circle rate on 01.04.2001. & consider it as COA.
