When a Company decides to take over a sole propreitorship, is it necessary to get the Land lying in the books of the sole propreitorship registered in the name of the Company or is it enough that the company passes a resolution stating that company has decided to use the land of the ex-propreitor for company purposes? again, if registration is required, is it necessary to revalue the land for registrtaion purpose?
Without land registration, how can you acquire the land in the name of the Company ?
Sale deed and land registration in the name of company is a "must" i think....
