sir , one my assessee doing manufacturing , may be 6 labours working but below the labour charges received for service tax obilgation , in my doubt is which busineess labour charges for service tax is not attracted .some one says labour service not attract for textile industries. pls clarify which labour service apllicable & not applicable for service tax rules??????????
