Labour Room Rent
We are a Private Limited company and paying Rent for our Staffs and Labours (Non employees). Pls confirm whether we need to pay GST under RCM and if yes shall we avail the ITC for the same?

If your company directly paid to the unregister landlord then RCM is applicable @ 18%.
ITC is available once you paid gst to the govt.
