Dear All,
We, a labor service provider public company, are doing business in all states of India having central office in Delhi & without having office in other States.
Do we require to get register under Labor Law Act & Professional Tax Act of Vaious States too?
Or we can pay to employees from delhi office itself?

everything is dependent on billing and management system
if the company / establishment has no branch in other state, and all correspondence / billing etc is done with head office only, then all such formalities are to be maintained by head office only.
but if the department find any document of company, where it is established that company has establishment in other state also then it would be treated as concealment and liability would be imposed.
