You can do LLB...BUT LLB is not offered in distance mode and if you are doing articleship then u'll have to take permission of ICAI which will be difficult in case you go for regular LLB due to clash of timings (unless u find evening llb classes)....for exemption you should consult prospectus of concerned institute offering LLB.

You cannot pursue regular morning colleges for llb if you are doing articleships concurrently ,.

Instead you can either go for evening law college or find a college where attendance is not at all important. many colleges which are tier 2 college allow candidates to do a course without attendance because their seats remain vacant.

The problem is that icai does not allow full time courses with articleship ....... therefore either do not declare at all to icai or you can go for evening colleges.

thanxxx for ur opinion...m doing regular articleship....i have to prepare for finals also so it will be difficult for evening classes
