Krishi kalyan cess
M/s Aircel has submitted me bill on 03.06.2016 for the traffic month 01.05.2016 to 31.05.2016 without charging Krishi Kalyan Cess in its invoice. Now should I pass the invoice without Krishi Kalyan Cess or I should pay Krishi Kalyan Cess to them. If I pass the invoice without Krishi Kalyan Cess then the liability to pay KKC will be borne by whom?
