Kpo's.. is it a good career option???

Mam, 

Although I have not yet qualified , but yet i can bet that KPO will not provide you the platform from where you can utilise your calibre. Better opt for etablishing your own firm. Or if not possible , then opt for some middle sized firms for some less bucks.  BUT NO KPO'S SUGGESTED FROM MY SIDE

As you already said that u are unemployed since last 6 months, and CA firms also not taking u because of a girl.

There is a quote that "this is better to have somethig rather than nothing".

I suggest to first try for any type of ca firm, whether it is in your home town or in the delhi/ncr. If you unable then go for the kpo/bpo also.

In KPO jobs you will get some less exposure but you will be employed and earn something, that gives you motivation and confidence.

And it will open the further ways for you also..

And about the career or growth in KPO, this is immaterial, because you have not to do work whole life in KPO. The degree of CA is very important and has its worth, which will give you a better opportunities in future..

                 I think all sector is good if you are working properly and always choose good subject (by which subject is getting happiness to you), then your career will run. Yes, KPO sector is not bad for career option because our technical firm is growing on a good conditioning way’s. Don’t worries about your future keep it up! @ Orimark Technologies

For Ladies  it is a good choice b`cos After  marriage They have to take responsibility of their Kids & family.

If there a good environment & 2/3 days off in a week with handsome salary & carreer growth ...then go for KPO..!!!

its btr to work in kpos rather than small stupid firms for free

n its not dat one doest not get job in industry after kpos

mncs prefer kpo people if they have similar work in their company

n one can switch within kpos as well
