In my office, we get a lot of capital gain cases related to real estate property transactions. So there are many types of agreements, contracts, certificates etc related to land. I have no understanding of any part of the this entire transaction.
I want to know if there is any place, or website, or a book where every stage of these transactions are explained in detail. It should also explain compliance required with the local body.
i live in gujarat. (As there is no centralized law on land).
