I had given officially 4 lacs cash, my name is Shailesh parikh, proprietor of Niyati Offset. That borrowed person given me 4 lacs rs. Cheques were bounced.
I go to court. Opposition advocate says that's, Niyati offset proprietor, Shailesh parikh can't claim because he had taken cheques in 2013.
