We have filed Form 5 on 09.11.2012 with a pay later option payment of which is to be made till 16.11.2012. Payment includes Rs.6000 as Authorised Capital Increased Fees & Rs. 300 as Stamp Duty Fees. While payment at 14.11.2012 we forget to pay Rs. 300 & paid Rs. 6000 as Authorised Capital Increased Fees. Now on 7.12.2012 at the time of filing Form 2 we got to know this default. Now we checked SRN of payment of Rs. 6000 it shows that transaction cancelled payment not submitted while SRN of stamp duty shows payment not received against stamp duty.
NOW WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO RECEIVE RS.6000 ALREADY PAID & HOW TO CORRECT THE ERROR?
