Yes, Form DIR 12 and MR 1....both are required to be filed....furthermore, MGT 14 is also to be filed for the same.......
if a company had appointed CFO on 01.01.2014 for a 2 year term.So whether that Company is now required to file MR-1 and DIR-12 as per new Companies Act now?
Yes.
If the Company has not filed any forms for CFO's appointment, it is requiredt to file MGT-14, DIR-12 and MR-1.
