A company have VAT Registration in Kerala with one small sale office and every month there are filling Nil return.
My Question is
1. Whether we can maintain VAT Reg. Number with out any office in Kerala
2. What is time period to get fresh reg. number if we need.

The answer for your question 1. No.As per KVAT ACT you must have office in kerala for KVAT regisrtration.
for 2nd Question That depand upon giving the details to the office.In ordinary case max 7 days and others 14 days. you get the TIN.
