Kerala high court issues an interim 2 month stay on 234e

Even after the stay order the clients than to are recieving the intimations for the same so what should we do???????

that is happening because 1)  The stay is only by Kerala High Court, so Tax Officers in other jurisdictions will continue to serve you notices, 2)  notices can be served in Kerala too.  However, in such cases the assessees can respond referring to Kerala High Court stay order.

No it wont help your client.  If you wish, you can also file a writ petition in Gujarat High Court to challenge the legal validity of 234E.

what is the status of this case now

no update yet.  Kerala High Court website is still showing case as pending...

Karnataka High Court also stayed proceedings u/s 234E until further order in Adithya Bizorp Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Vs UOI

Government Deductee have received some relief from U/S 234E as per Income Tax Notification. But what about No-Government Deductee.
