what is due date to file Monthy retunrs under KVAT

Everymontyh 20 th for the previous month

Due to oversight we have not exclueded the input tax credit on  furnace oil. At the time of Vat audit we have filed revised Annual return by including the same. But VAT Audit commissioner have not consider the same. Therefore kindly advice how we can claim this benifit ? Is there any provision in the law for to file appeal ? pl. advice

If you are agrieved by the none consideration of arevised return which is your favour, you can file an applciation for considration of the return, if turned down, on that basis go in appeal.
