Dear all,
The unit recieved sales returns and the same can take as VAT input(set off) in VAT returns?
I unable to find this provision.

if your sales returns are within 6 months from the month in which sales inovice has been issued. u can take the vat by way of debit/credit notes. beyond six months you cannot take the credit. Section 30 of KVAT Act deals with the same. |
