Iam registered retailer with GST as a properitorship in karnataka from Jan 2019 my turnover is nil, i have made only purchases less than Rs.10000 till now no sales made.Today i have received notice mentioned to pay professional tax with penalty for being registered in GST. currently iam working in pvt firm as a admin office.
Should i enrol and Pay Professional tax by registering in PT or Not.
Kindly any one inform us to proceed.
