hey guys, anyone had this query??? plz tell me how to get rid of this..
I requested for Justification Report through TRACES for Q1, Q2 & Q3 of F.Y. 2010-11.
But while going for download the JR file, the Remark is shown as "Please contact Assessing Officer for the Justification Report"..
Accordingly, I went to particular AO. He told to submit the letter for this.. Now the question is what is to write in that letter?? plz help.

You should mention the following details
1. TAN No.,
2. Quarters for which Justification Report is required.
3. Corresponding Acknowledgement no and Token No of the receipts
4. If possible attach the copies of the same.
5. In the end please mention your contact details like email id, phone no etc ..
I think it will be more than enough
