I had complited my B.A. LLB with 61% and PGDBM 65%.
Can i directly enroll for IPCC or I need to go first for CPT?

u can enroll for ca-ipcc directly under direct entry scheme because u already complete your Under Graduation(B.A) ,if u got 55% of marks in your U.G(only for commerce group and also u must read any three subjects specified by ICAI ) ,if u got 60 % of marks in your U.G for non-commerce groups.
