Join mba after completion of articleship requires form 112 to be submitted

Can you just explain this - you enrolled after completing articleship but the batch started 3 days before your articleship. On paper can you proove that it was after articleship completion then no need to file 112 then or now.

                         I have a registration letter of  mba of date  which is after the completion of my articleship is that enough.i had bank statement of deemand draft drawn to mba university dated after completion of my articleship. Is it more than enough. 

 

 

 

If the registration letter is after the date of your completion of articleship then i dont think so form 112 is required. Also to be honest even if it was 3 days before I wouldn't have filed 112 now for obvious reasons like late fee + all explanations.

However just to be sure take a couple of more advices here or else just call at the institute and ask too.
