Hi friends am supriya, ca final. am interested in tax subject. I want to make my career in that subject but my friends told me that finance(a/c's) field only getting good jobs and remuneration is also heigh in that field. They also told that only ca audit firms or big4's can recruit ca's who are interested in tax.can any one tell me is it correct?

No, u will get even in corporates. See, here in Bangalore...requirement is there for ca post qualification 5 experience for direct tax international taxation in General motors. It depends on companies requirement. U can make career in taxation field. In a long term objective, this field is gud.
The view of your friends are not correct. The opportunity is also available in corporate sector. However in Big4 CA firms, more opportunities are available for career in taxation. Because they deals in international taxation.
