IF WE HAVE JOB WORK AGREEMENT IS IT REQUIRED TO ADD PLACE OF BUSINESS OF OPPOSITE PARTY IN ADDITION IN OUR GST FORM IN CORE FILED ???

Yes, You have to add Place of business of opposite party as Additional place of business in GST registration.
