Job Work And Stock Transfer

Job work means transfer of goods from principal to job worker on return basis after completion of job work .Job work is define under section 2(68) of the CGST act .

Stock transfer means transfer of goods from one Taxable person to another Taxable person or non taxable person , where the goods are not return .

Dear Sir,
mujhe goods wapis mangane hain than according to you main job work ki category mein aata hu. lekin sir ek question aur hain yahan par job worker bhi main hi hu jo ki outside state hai. yahan par main goods bhejte waqt aut wapis mangate waqt invoice kaisa banaunga with eway bill.
