I am doing job in telecom sector and i am planning to take addmission in CA, but i read that CA students have to do training under a CA during the course. so do i need to leave the job to do this course or can i join CA course with my job.

Firstly you will have to Clear CPT & IPCC 1st Group Exams then only your articleship will start. But yes for sure for Articleship you will have to leave your Job.
