Job search

Hii friends...!
need ur opinions.
my friend recently qualified CA , in may 19. but due to slow down, no good job option available. he accepted job in one company, but company culture is not at all healthy.
politics and irrelevant work is assigned again and again.
he is feeling suffocated and want to make proper use of CA degree.
but currently due to corana ,now no new opening in the market.he is thinking of resigning.and search new one.will it be taken negatively by recruiters if ca fresher leaves job within 6 months.
what you can advice him.leave or continue.
