I am a qualified CA with experience over 4 years in a KPO. Can anyone please help me, if I want to change job profile into corporate finance/MIS, will i be treated as fresher? Consultants only seek for prior exp. in respective field. What should i do to get into such profile/ into a corporate? (even if its entry level im ok; not very basic though)

Since There are Lots of Reason
> AtFirst Job are Not Available in Market, They are Picking Only Cream
> If Say One Will take You Then Also They Will Treat u as Fresher.
> n You Will not be satisfy rgarding your payment since they are treating u as fresher
Suggestions
>What I Suggest You is Have a One Degree Course Like any Diploma in Finance or any Certification Course in Finance so that you can present yourself in front of recruiter that still i am interested in finance and i have in depth of that knowledge.
>Prepare Youself Like TDS, Service Tax, Due Dates Excise, Revised Schedule etc.
>After That Only Update Your CV & Post Upload in Job Portals.
>Only After That Appear for Interviews, Not Before That, Beacuse It may Demotivate You.
