I want a management consulting, finance, costing or accounting technician job in Mumbai or Delhi. Are people getting jobs easily when immigrated from south because I heard there is reservation in Gurgaon- 70% jobs for locals and the rest for immigrants?
There is no 70% or 75% job reservation for locals in Gurgaon or Haryana. Although a law was passed to implement such a quota, it was struck down as unconstitutional by the High Court in 2023, meaning private employers are not legally mandated to reserve jobs based on state domicile.
