Job in banking sector

Dear members iam a CA fresher presently iam not working, iam interested in Banking sector that is my dream job, is it better to do a job in banking sector for a women CA like me? iam good at financial management ,  but my problem is iam not getting any interview calls from banks i got only from companies and ca firms, can anybody help me to get job in banking ? how to get interview calls? what topics to be read for interview? can any body suggest me    thank you
