Friends,
I received a job offer from as Deputy manger in Axis bank with take home pay of rs30000/-. In the letter they told that Annual performance bonus will be given on the completion of One Year service. But amount of bonus was not mentioned. Along with that, inrement was also not mentioned.
So, if any of you have the above details, kindly provide them to me.

To my view, Annual Performance Bonus is paid out by the company as applicable from time to time every year. Such bonus payment depends on achievement of specified performance targets as may be decided by the Bank every year. Note taht bank reserves the right to amend or cancel this payout. So its all depends on your performance during the period.
