Can a CA student join as a full-time employee after qualifying CA Final exams when articleship of 2 month (out of 3 years) is left, proved that the principal agrees to release the candidate, there are enough number of leaves left and the new company is informed about the same. Is it affected by the fact that under new course articleship duration is reduced to two years.

No you can't do so. You have to first complete the remaining period of articleship and thereafter only you can join full time job.
