why income tax department has released the java utility along with excel utility what is the reason ?
and when will excel utility will come for itr 4 as i m not comfortable with java utility ?

reason being unknown. we can only wait for the dept. to issue excel utility for other itrs. two days ago, excel utility for itr-2 was only available.
