Jan 2021 Opt Out Status

I had opted out from nov 2020 to jan 2021 exams.As per the icai notification the list of opt out students were hosted on their dashboard, i could not check my status and now it is closed. How can i know if my name is their in their list or not?

You should contact to helplineof ICAI Examination Department. Many students face this problem.

I have mailed icai on the exam helpline email id..is there any other email id on which i should mail?

You should contact to helpline as they didn't reply for the mail asap...I suggest you to please contact them asap
