Dear Friends Please Tell me that We Get Stipend for The Month In Which Our ITT Training Is Held??? My CA Is Refusing This, He said That it is leave period for that month "no stipend". Whatever Your Answer Please Also Tell me Where I Could See it in Written.

Hi,
Your principal is supposed to Pay Minimum monthly Stipend of Rs 1000/1250/1500 per month even if you are on leave.
If he fails to do so it would amount to professional misconduct.
The minimum stipend amounts are mentioned in ICAI Website.

Leave for ITT is a paid leave as per institute rules.

and u can refer the articles book issued by institute or ICAI.org....

Cn any one tell that if i take 4 months leave for my pcc exams thn it shuld be included as a leave or not.
You should stiphend while you do ITT coz it is a part& parcel of ur Articleship .
I had read in training guide and also in pcc prospectus that while attending ITT Training we are on duty .( Part of articleship)
