ITT Stipend

Hi,

Your principal is supposed to Pay Minimum monthly Stipend of Rs 1000/1250/1500 per month even if you are on leave.

If he fails to do so it would amount to professional misconduct.

The minimum stipend amounts are mentioned in ICAI Website.

Leave for ITT is a paid leave as per institute rules.

its not considered as leave.

firstly it will nt b considered as leave...

and u can refer the articles book issued by institute or ICAI.org....

Cn any one tell that if i take 4 months leave for my pcc exams thn it shuld be included as a leave or not.

You should stiphend while you do ITT coz it is a part& parcel of ur Articleship .

I had read in training guide and also in pcc prospectus that while attending ITT Training we are on duty .( Part of articleship)
