ITS URGENT

There is no such time to avail vat input credit. You can avail vat input credit irrespective of time period if you have sufficient balance to set off with vat payable. 

kindly give the details of  availing input credit or adjusting the input credit

For wich quarter u want to take set off.

have u already filled the returns and later u came to know that the set off was skip so now u want to take ?

give the detials.

vat credit can be taken only to the extent of credit avilable specified in the returns

I ve filled the returns monthly and i ve taken the credit also and there is no sales so there is no vat payable.. so now this credit still wht time can i take..
