i m a Industrial Trainee in a big organisation.

my attempt is due in nov.08.

i want a leave for study n thet are also ready to give it to me.

but the problem is: -
they are saying that any leave taken by me will exceed my training period.
means they will not permit me leave, but as per institue policy, we can take 135 total leave in 3 years of training.

55 leaves is already taken by me.hence 80 leaves is still balance to me.

will my training will extended if i'll take 50 days leave for exam???

Before joining industrial training you must have submitted a detail to ICAI signed by your previous prinicipal, that you have taken a leave of  only 55 days till now in your srticleship completed under him.

And on completion of your industrial training, your current organization would submit a detail or give you a certificate of completion (or whaetever they call it) of your articleship period to ICAI that you have takern a leave of total 50 days while doing articleship under them. Then the institute will automatically calculate that you have taken a leave of only 105 days whereas you were permitted to take a leave for 135 days, so in that way they wouldn't make you do that extra-period of articleship as there would not come out to be any extra leaves as calculated by the institute.

This is what I understand from the regulations & procedures I have read till now. Rest I must advise you to confirm this from a CA expert on this site or confirm it from by calling any of the ICAI helplile no.s

By the way you're an anrticle in which orgaqnization in which state...
