ITR V not Submitted within 120 Days.
And then After 120 Days, Return was EVERIFIED using AADHAR EVC.
It is Showing Status "Waiting for Approval for Condonation of Delay".
What to do now?
Whether I have to File the Return Again or will it get Validated?
The ITRV after EVERIFY downloaded now have a Watermark INVALID.
As per my view., You ll be file once again the ITR...
In this case, I would advise you to contact CPC-Bangalore and ask them for the correct status of the return.
The 120 days timeline ensures that the ITR is verified and sent to CPC or gets E-verified. Otherwise, the ITR becomes invalid and you have to again file the return.
