in last year i.e old Portal when i files a return & if that return status is in process , then the process would have completed in not exceeding 15 days but in the new portal it's already 20 days being in process but no mail received nor nothing
comment if anyone also facing the same

Yes, the new portal is still under stabilization.
Wait for some days for its full functioning.
