Itr6 filling of two businesses income

U HAVE TO CLUB THE B?S AND P&L COZ THERE MUST BE ONLY ONE PAN

AND RETURN IS FILED BY PAN NO:

ITR 6 is meant for companies, which are covered under audit, 

so at audit stage the auditor will make consolidated final accounts and tax audit report for both ( all companies ) covered under same PAN number and ITR 6 should be filled with consolidated data only
