For the F.Y. 19-20 we have issue Consultancy Fess Bill Amt Rs.15,00,000/- but amt received only F.Y - Rs.3,00,000/- ., We have not maintain any Book of Accounts through Computer or manual and also not AUDITED our accounts through auditor. Can we fill Income Tax return for the F.Y 19-20 in ITR4...........

You should maintain books of accounts as ITR 4 is applicable for those buisness which have turnover upto 50 lacs and do not get their accounts audited as itr 4 is for presumptive basis
