Itr4 or itr2

Hi

During FY 2013-2014, i filed IT4 as i had income from salary and professional services. I did not provide professional services  during 2014-15 and income from professional services is nil. Wanted to check if i still need to file IT4 in 2014-15 or i can go ahead and file ITR1. Do i need to mention anything from last year's (2013-14) ITR to this year's ITR?

According to me, you must file ITR 1.

you can file itr-1, no need to give details regarding your professional service of it has not been provided during the year.

yes sir there is no need to explain any thing from previous year. ITR basically filled with current year sources of income and accordingly requires to select appropriate ITR form. so can go for ITR -1

ITR 1 IS APPLICABLLE. FILE ITR 2 WHERE YOU HAVE HOUSING LOAN INTEREST.

Go to Itr 1 or if ur exemptd inc /allowance >5000 thn go to Itr 2 No need to fill itr 4
