ITR3 Validation Error schedule 112A

I am using "online" method of filing ITR3.

I get this error during validation:

"Col 9 (If the long term asset was acquired before 1.2.2018) is not lower of Col 6 and Col 11."

But I have verified that Col 9 is LOWER of Col 6 & Col 11, in my uploaded data. Now, I don't understand what I can do... its not letting me proceed to filing.

Any solutions? Will using Offline utility solve it?

Note1: I used the csv upload facility to upload a total of 77 rows. I am getting 77 identical error messages (one for each row of data).
