Sir,
Previous 2 years we maintain proper books of accounts but file ITR4 under section 44AB. But FY 2022-23 have We not eligible to file ITR4 because income from agriculture have also. so can we file ITR3 with balance sheet and profit loss account OR it's mandatory to file ITR3 under section 44AB no account case.

If you have maintained the books of accounts then you may go for ITR-3.
If you have not maintained the books of accounts or if you want to avail the benefits of presumptive taxation then you may go for ITR-4
